TRACKING MY ORDER

  • Please click the bottom link to track orders being delivered by Canada Post. Use the tracking number provided when you completed your transaction and input it into the field.
  • For local deliveries being conducted by our store, please refer to the estimated date of arrival provided when you completed your transaction. 


SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed
  • Generally deliveries are conducted Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am -5:00pm
  • At certain peak times of the year, delivery times may be extended
  • Goods are typically dropped off close to the front door of houses and at the ground level lobby of condominiums and apartments
  • Access to private property may need authorization by the property owner
    • Without authorization from the property owner, Golden Acre may not be able to conduct the delivery
  • Deliveries can only be made within Canada
  • Deliveries to remote geographical areas within Canada may be restricted
  • Deliveries can only be made to address with a registered street address or route number.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes
