Online Gift Card FAQ

Please note it will take 2 business days for Online Gift Cards to activate in our system before they can be used in store or online. This process is automatic and requires no response from yourself. We will contact you if there are any issues.

Online gift cards are automatically sent to the recipient’s email straight away. It will take 2 business days from the time of purchase for our system to activate the online gift card before the gift card can be used.

Tell your recipient to check their spam/junk inbox. Often Online Gift Cards get filtered in there.

If they’ve checked the spam/junk folder and still cannot find the gift card then the email you provided was incorrect. Usually there’s just typo in the email.

Subject: Online Gift Card
In the body of the email please include the recipient’s email.

We will confirm the recipient’s email with what you have given us, make any necessary changes, and manually resend the Online Gift Card to your recipient. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process.

Type your email in the recipient’s email. This will send the gift card yourself.

With the successful purchase of an Online Gift Card the gift card webpage will reload to a page saying “Thank you for your gift card purchase”, there will be an order number on this webpage. Your credit card will also be charged straight away. If these two things did not happen then your Gift Card was not purchased and your credit card was not charged. Please attempt the transaction again.
