This Snow Pea is a mainstay of many popular stir-fried dishes. Succulent flavor with good texture. Pick when peas are flat and tender at about 8 cm (3″) long. These peas also make for a delicious addition to salads.

Growing Peas from Seed

  • Peas prefer cool weather. Plant as early in spring as the soil can be worked.
  • Optimal soil temperature: 10-20°C (50-70°F). Seeds should sprout in 7-14 days.

  • Superb companions for beans, carrots, celery, corn, cucumber, eggplant, parsley, peppers, potatoes, radish, spinach, strawberries, and turnips.
