Broad Windsor Beans are prolific yielders. Plants produce long 15-20 cm (6-8″) pods with 4-6 large, flat beans inside. These delicious beans can be cooked, sliced, or used in soups and casseroles. This variety is also tolerant of frost, and has fragrant flowers.
