BLUE BOY CLEMATIS: Flowers are stunning steel blue and appear from June to August. Has non-cling stems that look most attractive when grown through a small shrub or attached support. Blooms in current year's growth. A 1947 cross between C. integrifolia and C. viticella by Dr. F.L. Skinner in Borden, Manitoba, Canada. A good steel blue with slightly nodding 2.5-3.5 inch (6-9cm) flowers.
