NON-LIVE ITEMS

  • Items purchased in-store can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery
  • Claims for items delivered damaged or missing must be made within 24 hours from the date of purchase
  • A full refund will be made to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, cash)
    • Purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as a store credit
  • The original sales receipt MUST be presented, no exceptions
  • Item(s) and packaging must be in its original state and be deemed resalable by Golden Acre
  • Item(s) purchased with a discount of 25% or greater are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund
  • Seasonal holiday merchandise, customized merchandise, and gift cards will not be eligible for a refund
  • A restocking fee of 25% may apply for certain items
  • Golden Acre reserves the right to request valid identification for any return transaction
  • In certain cases, Golden Acre reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason

PLANTS

  • Plants purchased in-store can be returned within 48 hours from the date of purchase or delivery
    • Sod purchased in-store can be returned within 24 hours from the date of purchase or delivery
  • Claims for plants delivered damaged or missing must be made within 24 hours from the date of purchase
  • A full refund will be made to the original form of payment
    • Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card
    • Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded to the original debit card
    • Purchases made with cash will be refunded in cash

IN-STORE GUARANTEE POLICY

PLANTS

  • Trees, shrubs, and evergreens are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase
  • Perennials are guaranteed up to the first frost of the year they were purchased
  • Tropicals and Houseplants are guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase
  • A full refund will be made to the original form of payment
    • Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card
    • Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded to the original debit card
    • Purchases made with cash will be refunded in cash
    • Purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as a store credit
  • The original sales receipt MUST be presented, no exceptions
  • Plants deemed by Golden Acre to be improperly planted, maintained, or cared for will not eligible for a guarantee
  • Plants damaged by animal and/or pest and/or mechanical damage and/or weather such as wind, hail, flood, drought, snow and/or acts of nature are not eligible for a guarantee
  • Annuals plants, Annual Planters, Flowering Tropicals, Bonsais, Orchids, Tea Roses, Cedars, and Yews are not guaranteed
  • Item(s) purchased with a discount 25% or greater are final sale and are not eligible for guarantee
  • A restocking fee of 25% may apply for certain items
  • Golden Acre reserves the right to request valid identification for any guarantee transaction
  • In certain cases, Golden Acre reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the guarantee of any plant at any time for any reason
